Placing an order 
 

See how easy it is to place an order with noteworthy music! 
 

By telephone 

Call us on 01249 446834 and place the order over the telephone. Have your address details available (including the postcode) and also the delivery address if it happens to be different. Have your payment details ready, it is a painless procedure and our staff will guide you through it. 
 

Online 

If you have an e-mail address, then the easiest way to order is through our website. Please make sure that you have selected the correct goods before submitting your order. When the order has been received by us, we will e-mail you to confirm the order ad also give you a estimated time of arrival. Should your order be urgent, please give us a call to check stocks.  
 

Fax 

Schools and colleges can order from us by faxing an official order form to 01249 446834. However, we can only provide this service within the UK (Channel Islands are not included). We still welcome orders from overseas, but payment needs to be cleared before we can ship goods. 
 

Please note: Payment is strictly 30 days nett. 
 

Setting up a return 

E-mail us at sales@noteworthy-music.co.uk with the following information: 

1. Reason for returning.
2. Any relevant part numbers and serial numbers.

You will then receive an e-mail with instructions of the returns procedure. If you have any problems with the above, give us a call on 01249 446834 and we will be happy to advise.
